Whether you're with family, as a couple, or on your own, the Trièves region is brimming with adventures for all ages.
Dive into adventure between sky and water… Lake Monteynard is a paradise for windsurfing and kitesurfing, but that's not all.
Explore 17 courses with over 391 varied challenges (zip lines, rope bridges, ascending nets, Tarzan swings, etc.) on the Trièves Adventure Park.
Enjoy pleasant horseback rides and treks, led by an equestrian tourism guide. Get to know your new companion and enjoy the change of scenery during a pleasant ride, with treks ranging from 1 to 5 days.
Take a tandem paraglider flight with Parapente Aérosat for a discovery flight, accompanied by a qualified and passionate instructor, and discover a via ferrata that's impressive at first but without major technical difficulty (at least for the first loop).
